Just as there are laws, orders, systems, rules and authorities on our planet, there are certain laws, orders and authorities in all the galaxies. In the universe, there is a race responsible for each planet, each solar system and each galaxy. For example, the race responsible for our solar system is the Hathors. In addition, all life forms have representatives who represent their races. These representatives attend important meetings together with representatives of other life forms. The human race also has representatives. They go to Mars, the Moon or other planets and attend meetings, which you are not told. Universally, there is a spiritual federation which is responsible for the rules in all dimensions. This federation is made up of seven-dimensional beings, so if you break the rules, you cannot escape them. For example, according to universal law, it is forbidden for one race to coexist with another race or races, to interfere with other races, or to create a new conscious race.
